Tackle your first sweater with this top down lace design.

Description

Want to learn lace? Interested in making sweaters? This adorable cardigan is a great way to learn these skills and become an instant favorite with a tiny-human!

Materials:

  • For long sleeve version: 250 (275, 325, 375)(450, 550, 650) yards of sport weight yarn for 3m (6m, 12m, 24m)(3y, 4y, 6y)

  • For short sleeves: 200 (220, 260, 300)(400, 450, 550) yards of sport weight yarn for 3m (6m, 12m, 24m)(3y, 4y, 6y) We recommend De Rerum Natura Ulysse.

  • US#6 (4 mm) 16" or 24"circular needles.

  • Us#6 (4 mm) double pointed needles or long circular for magic loop on sleeves.

  • stitch markers

  • tapestry needle

Homework:
Come to class with a 6" x 6" gauge swatch of your chosen yarn, washed and blocked.

Wound yarn or yarn smelling of smoke or containing pet hair may not be returned. Unfortunately, there are no returns on gift cards, needles, notions, books, patterns or discounted yarns.
